Jay Huggins
Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach & Registered Physiotherapist (MScPT)
With a proven track record of working with athletes at all levels, Jay Huggins is passionate about sharing insights that bridge the gap between physiotherapy and coaching.

He is trained as a physiotherapist and holds a Master of Science in Physical Therapy. He is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist. Jay has worked with the Cowichan Piggies Rugby Club and Vancouver Island College Prep Mariners.
Jay has been running baseball/ softball specific off-season strength and conditioning programs for local athletes.
